In the case of treaties and other international instruments for human rights, principles for the benefit of the human being, the non-restriction of rights, direct applicability, and the open clause as set forth in the Constitution shall be applied. Mexico
- EnglishThis Constitution, the laws of the Congress of the Union that emanate from it, and all the Treaties that are in accord with them, celebrated and that are celebrated by the President of the Republic, with the approval of the Senate, will be the Supreme Law of all of the Union. The judges of each federative entity will be bound to the said Constitution, laws, and treaties, regardless of provisions to the contrary that may be [haber] in the Constitutions or laws of the federative entities.
