Work is a right and a duty.
All work merits a salary.
The right to protection, to security and to hygiene at work, is guaranteed by the law.
The right to rest is guaranteed; the law determines the modalities of [its] exercise.
The right of the worker to social security is guaranteed by the law.
The employment of children is punished by the law.
The State works for the promotion of apprenticeship and implements policies to help the creation of employments.

يضمن القانون أثناء العمل الحقّ في الحماية، والأمن، والنّظافة.

Le travail est un droit et un devoir.
