- EnglishI. Every person has the right to an adequate habitat and home that dignifies family and community life.
II. The State, at all levels of the government, is responsible for promoting the development of housing for social benefit, using adequate financing systems, based on principles of solidarity and equity. These plans shall be directed preferentially to families with scarce resources, to disadvantaged groups and to rural areas. (Art. 19) - SpanishI. Toda persona tiene derecho a un hábitat y vivienda adecuada, que dignifiquen la vida familiar y comunitaria.
II. El Estado, en todos sus niveles de gobierno, promoverá planes de vivienda de interés social, mediante sistemas adecuados de financiamiento, basándose en los principios de solidaridad y equidad. Estos planes se destinarán preferentemente a familias de escasos recursos, a grupos menos favorecidos y al área rural. (Art. 19)

- EnglishI. The marriage between a man and a woman is formed by legal bond and is based on equality of the rights and duties of the spouses.
II. The free unions or de facto unions, which meet the conditions of stability and singularity and that are maintained between a man and a women without legal impediment, shall have the same effects as a civil marriage, both in the personal and property relations of the couple as well as with respect to adopted children or to children born to the couple. (Art. 63) - SpanishI. El matrimonio entre una mujer y un hombre se constituye por vínculos jurídicos y se basa en la igualdad de derechos y deberes de los cónyuges.
II. Las uniones libres o de hecho que reúnan condiciones de estabilidad y singularidad, y sean mantenidas entre una mujer y un hombre sin impedimento legal, producirán los mismos efectos que el matrimonio civil, tanto en las relaciones personales y patrimoniales de los convivientes como en lo que respecta a las hijas e hijos adoptados o nacidos de aquéllas. Every individual, or collective, that believes he or she to be unjustly or illegally impeded from knowing, objecting to, or achieving the elimination or correction of information registered by any physical electronic, magnetic or computerized form, in public or private files or data banks, or that might affect his or her fundamental right to intimacy and personal or family privacy, or his or her own image, honor and reputation, shall file a complaint of Action for Protection of Privacy.

Toda persona individual o colectiva que crea estar indebida o ilegalmente impedida de conocer, objetar u obtener la eliminación o rectificación de los datos registrados por cualquier medio físico, electrónico, magnético o informático, en archivos o bancos de datos públicos o privados, o que afecten a su derecho fundamental a la intimidad y privacidad personal o familiar, o a su propia imagen, honra y reputación, podrá interponer la Acción de Protección de Privacidad.
