- English(1) Every person has the right to freedom from torture of any kind, whether physical, mental or emotional, and from cruel, inhumane, degrading or disproportionately severe treatment or punishment.
(2) Every person has the right to security of the person, which includes the right to be free from any form of violence from any source, at home, school, work or in any other place.
(3) Every person has the right to freedom from scientific or medical treatment or procedures without an order of the court or without his or her informed consent, or if he or she is incapable of giving informed consent, without the informed consent of a lawful guardian. - EnglishI. Every person has the right to life and physical, psychological and sexual integrity. No one shall be tortured, nor suffer cruel, inhuman, degrading or humiliating treatment. The death penalty does not exist.
II. Everyone, in particular women, have the right not to suffer physical, sexual or psychological violence, in the family as well as in the society.
III. The State shall adopt the necessary measures to prevent, eliminate and punish sexual and generational violence, as well as any action or omission intended to be degrading to the human condition, to cause death, pain, and physical, sexual or psychological suffering, whether in public or private spheres.
IV. No person shall be submitted to a forced disappearance for any reason or under any circumstance.
V. No person shall be submitted to servitude or slavery. The trade and trafficking of persons is prohibited. (Art. 15) - SpanishI. Toda persona tiene derecho a la vida y a la integridad física, psicológica y sexual. Nadie será torturado, ni sufrirá tratos crueles, inhumanos, degradantes o humillantes. II. Todas las personas, en particular las mujeres, tienen derecho a no sufrir violencia física, sexual o psicológica, tanto en la familia como en la sociedad.
III. El Estado adoptará las medidas necesarias para prevenir, eliminar y sancionar la violencia de género y generacional, así como toda acción u omisión que tenga por objeto degradar la condición humana, causar muerte, dolor y sufrimiento físico, sexual o psicológico, tanto en el ámbito público como privado.

(1) It shall be unlawful for any person (in the course of that person’s involvement in any of the areas to which this subsection is applied by subsection (3)) to make a request of any other person for sexual intercourse, sexual contact, or other form of sexual activity which contains an implied or overt promise of preferential treatment or an implied or overt threat of detrimental treatment.
(2) It shall be unlawful for any person (in the course of that person’s involvement in any of the areas to which this subsection is applied by subsection (3)) by the use of language (whether written or spoken) of a sexual nature, or of visual material of a sexual nature, or by physical behaviour of a sexual nature, to subject any other person to behaviour that—
(a) is unwelcome or offensive to that person (whether or not that is conveyed to the first-mentioned person); and
(b) is either repeated, or of such a significant nature, that it has a detrimental effect on that person in respect of any of the areas to which this subsection is applied by subsection (3).
(3) The areas to which subsections (1) and (2) apply are—
(a) the making of an application for employment:
