The human person is sacred and inviolable.
The State has the absolute obligation to respect it and to protect it. It guarantees to him a full realization. To this effect, it assures to its citizens the equal access to health, to education, to culture, to information, to vocational training and to employment. (Art. 8) - French
La personne humaine est sacrée et inviolable.
L'Etat a l'obligation absolue de la respecter et de la protéger. Il lui garantit un plein épanouissement. A cet effet, il assure à ses citoyens l'égal accès à la santé, à l'éducation, à la culture, à l’information, à la formation professionnelle et à l'emploi. (Art. 8)
