Education
  • English
    Every citizen has the right to education [instruction].
    Public education [enseignement] is secular and gratuitous.
    Basic [fondamental] education are civic service are obligatory.
    Private education is recognized and is exercised within the conditions defined by the law. (Art. 38)

    التعليم حق لكل مواطن.
    التعليم الرسمي علماني ومجاني،
    والتعليم الأساسي والخدمة المدنية إلزاميان.
    التعليم الخاص معترف به ويمارس وفق الشروط التي حددها القانون. (المادة 38)

    Tout citoyen a droit à l'instruction.
    L'enseignement public fondamental est laïc et gratuit.
    L'enseignement fondamental et le service civique sont obligatoires.
    L'enseignement privé est reconnu et s'exerce dans les conditions définies par la loi. (Art. 38)
