Employment Rights and Protection

    Work is a right recognized to all citizens; the State is required to create the conditions necessary for its effective exercise. (Art. 37)

    العمل هو حق معترف به لجميع المواطنين؛ الدولة مطالبة بتهيئة الظروف اللازمة لممارسته الفعلية. (المادة 37)

    Le travail est un droit reconnu à tous les citoyens; l'État est tenu de créer les conditions nécessaires pour son exercice effectif. (Art. 37)
Employment Rights and Protection

    All citizens have the right to the security of the employment and to receive a remuneration proportional to the quantity and to the quality of the work provided.
    Men and women receive an identical remuneration for equal work. (Art. 38)

    يحق لجميع المواطنين بالتوظيف الآمن والحصول على أجر متناسب مع كمية ونوعية العمل المقدّم.
    يحصل الرجل والمرأة على أجر متطابق عن العمل المتساوي. (المادة 38)

    Tous les citoyens ont droit à la sécurité de l'emploi et à percevoir une rémunération proportionnelle à la quantité et à la qualité du travail fourni.
    Les hommes et les femmes perçoivent une rémunération identique pour un travail égal. (Art. 38)
