Legislature

Legislature
- EnglishThe Deputies to the National Assembly are elected for five years by direct and secret universal suffrage. They are re-eligible.
All Djiboutian citizens, enjoying their civil and political rights, twenty-three years of age or more, are eligible. (Art. 45) - Arabicينتخب أعضاء المجلس الوطني لفترة خمسة أعوام باقتراع عام مباشر وسري.إنهم مؤهلون لإعادة انتخابهم.
جميع المواطنين الجيبوتيين المتمتعين بحقوقهم المدنية والسياسية الذين أتموا ثلاثة وعشرين عاماُ أو أكثر هم مؤهلون. (المادة 45) - FrenchLes députés à l'Assemblée nationale sont élus pour cinq ans au suffrage universel direct et secret. Ils sont rééligibles.
Sont éligibles tous les citoyens djiboutiens, jouissant de leurs droits civils et politiques, âgés de vingt trois ans au moins. (Art. 45)
