Protection from Violence
  • English
    1. The dignity of all persons shall be inviolable.
    2. No person shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
    3. No person shall be held in slavery or servitude nor shall any person be required to perform forced labour not authorised by law. (Art. 16)
