Obligations of Private Parties
- EnglishAll the citizens must respect the Constitution and conform to the law. They must exercise the rights and freedoms guaranteed by the Constitution in a spirit of responsibility and of engaged citizenship, where the exercise of the rights is made in correlation to the accomplishment of the duties. (Art. 37)
- Arabicعلى جميع المواطنات والمواطنين احترام الدستور والتقيد بالقانون. ويتعين عليهم ممارسة الحقوق والحريات التي يكفلها الدستور بروح المسؤولية والمواطنة الملتزمة، التي تتلازم فيها ممارسة الحقوق بالنهوض بأداء الواجبات. (الفصل 37)
