Employment Rights and Protection
- EnglishThe State, the public establishments and the territorial collectivities work for the mobilization of all the means available [disponibles] to facilitate the equal access of the citizens to conditions that permit their enjoyment of the right:

• to professional instruction and to physical and artistic education;

• to work and to the support of the public powers in matters of searching for employment or of self-employment;
… (Art. 31) - Arabicتعمل الدّولة والمؤسسات العمومية والجماعات الترابية، على تعبئة كل الوسائل المتاحة، لتيسير أسباب استفادة المواطنات والمواطنين، على قدم المساواة، من الحق في:

• التّكوين المهني والاستفادة من التّربية البدنيّة والفنّية،

Employment Rights and Protection
- English[The following] are of the domain of the law, other than the matters that are expressly devolved on it by other Articles of the Constitution:
