Government
- EnglishThe King appoints the Prime Minister, dismisses him and accepts his resignation, and appoints the Ministers, dismisses them and accepts their resignation upon the recommendation of the Prime Minister. (Art. 35)
- Arabicالملك يعين رئيس الوزراء ويقيله ويقبل إستقالته ويعين الوزراء ويقيلهم ويقبل إستقالتهم بناء على تنسيب رئيس الوزراء. (المادّة 35)
Government
- EnglishThe Council of Ministers shall consist of the Prime Minister, as Head, and of a number of ministers pursuant to the need and public interest. (Art. 41)
- Arabicيؤلف مجلس الوزراء من رئيس الوزراء رئيساً ومن عدد من الوزراء حسب الحاجة والمصلحة العامة. (المادّة 41)
Government
- EnglishNo person shall hold the position of Minister and the like except a Jordanian. (Art. 42)
- Arabicلا يلي منصب الوزارة وما في حكمها إلا أردني. (المادّة 42)
