Obligations of the State
- EnglishThe State shall effectively guarantee the genuine democratic rights and freedoms as well as the material and cultural well-being of all its citizens.
In the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea the rights and freedoms of citizens shall be amplified with the consolidation and development of the socialist system. (Art. 64) - Korean국가는 모든 공민에게 참다운 민주주의적권리와 자유, 행복한 물질문화생활을 실질적으로 보장한다.
조선민주주의인민공화국에서 공민의 권리와 자유는 사회주의제도의 공고발전과 함께 더욱 확대된다. (제64조)
