يتكون مجلس عمان من الآتي:
– مجلس الدولة.

Majlis Al-Dawla shall consist of a chairman and members whose number, inclusive of the chairman, does not exceed the total number of the members of Majlis Al-Shura. Its members are appointed by royal decree from among the segments specified by the law. (Art. 69)

يتكون مجلس الدولة من رئيس وعدد من الأعضاء لا يتجاوز عددهم بالرئيس عدد أعضاء مجلس الشورى، يعينون بمرسوم سلطاني من بين الفئات التي يحددها القانون. (المادّة ٦٩)

Majlis Al-Shura shall consist of elected members representing all the wilayat of the Sultanate, chosen through direct secret ballot in the manner prescribed by the law. (Art. 70)

يتكون مجلس الشورى من أعضاء منتخبين يمثلون جميع ولايات السلطنة، يتم اختيارهم بالاقتراع السري المباشر، وذلك على النحو الذي يبينه القانون. (المادّة ٧٠)
