Equality and Non-Discrimination
- EnglishPalestinians shall be equal before the law and the judiciary, without distinction based upon race, sex, color, religion, political views or disability. (Art. 9)
- Arabicالفلسطينيون أمام القانون و القضاء سواء لا تمييز بينهم بسبب العرق أو اللون أو الدين أو الرأي السياسي أو الإعاقة. (المادّة 9)
