Employment Rights and Protection

    (1) Everyone shall have the right to choose his or her work, and employment freely and to engage in entrepreneurial activities. Everyone shall be obliged to contribute to the enrichment of the community through his or her work, in accordance with his or her abilities and potential.
    (2) Hungary shall strive to create the conditions that ensure that everyone who is able and willing to work has the opportunity to do so. (Freedom and Responsibility, Art. XII)
