(2) The High Court shall have original jurisdiction to hear and adjudicate upon all civil disputes and criminal prosecutions, including cases which involve the interpretation, implementation and upholding of this Constitution and the fundamental rights and freedoms guaranteed thereunder. The High Court shall also have jurisdiction to hear and adjudicate upon appeals from Lower Courts.
(3) The jurisdiction of the High Court with regard to appeals shall be determined by Act of Parliament. (Art. 80)

- English(1) Where any question as to the interpretation of this Constitution arises in any court of law established for Saint Lucia (other than the Court of Appeal, the High Court or a court martial) and the court is of opinion that the question involves a substantial question of law, the court shall refer the question to the High Court.
(2) Where any question is referred to the High Court in pursuance of this section, the High Court shall give its decision upon the question and the court in which the question arose shall dispose of the case in accordance with that decision or, if the decision is the subject of an appeal to the Court of Appeal or Her Majesty in Council, in accordance with the decision of the Court of Appeal or, as the case may be, Her Majesty in Council. - English(1) The Constitutional Court has jurisdiction over the whole Spanish territory and is entitled to hear:
a) Appeals against the alleged unconstitutionality of acts and statutes having the force of an act. ...
b) Individual appeals for protection (recursos de amparo) against violation of the rights and liberties contained in section 53(2) of the Constitution, in the circumstances and manner to be laid down by law.
c) Conflicts of jurisdiction between the State and the Autonomous Communities or between the Autonomous Communities themselves.
d) Other matters assigned to it by the Constitution or by organic acts.
(2) The Government may appeal to the Constitutional Court against provisions and resolutions adopted by the bodies of the Autonomous Communities, which shall bring about the suspension of the contested provisions or resolutions, but the Court must either ratify or lift the suspension, as the case may be, within a period of not more than five months. a) Del recurso de inconstitucionalidad contra leyes y disposiciones normativas con fuerza de ley. …

2. El Gobierno podrá impugnar ante el Tribunal Constitucional las disposiciones y resoluciones adoptadas por los órganos de las Comunidades Autónomas. La impugnación producirá la suspensión de la disposición o resolución recurrida, pero el Tribunal, en su caso, deberá ratificarla o levantarla en un plazo no superior a cinco meses. (Art. 161)

- English1. The Constitutional Court shall be responsible for reviewing for unconstitutionality and illegality, pursuant to Articles 144 and following.
2. The Constitutional Court shall also be responsible for:
a) Verifying the death and the permanent physical impossibility of the President of the Republic, as well as verifying temporary inability of the President of the Republic to perform official duties;
b) Verifying the forfeiture of office of the President of the Republic, in the cases set forth in paragraph 3 of Article 85 and paragraph 3 of Article 86;
c) Judging in the final instance the regularity and validity of the acts of the electoral proceedings, under the terms of the law;
d) Verifying the death and declaring the incapacitation for the performance of the presidential duties of any candidate for the President of the Republic, for the purposes pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 78;
e) Verifying the legality of the constitution of political parties and their coalitions, as well as evaluating the legality of their denominations, abbreviations and symbols, and ordering the dissolution, under the terms of the Constitution and of the law.
f) Verifying in advance the constitutionality and legality of national, regional and local referendums, including assessment of the relevant requirements for the respective electorate;
g) Judging at the request of the Deputies, under the terms of the law, appeals relating to loss of parliamentary seat and the elections held in the National Assembly and the Regional and Local Assemblies;
h) Judging actions against elections and resolutions of organs of political parties that, under the terms of the law, may be subject to appeal.
3. It is also the responsibility of the Constitutional Court to exercise such other functions as may be assigned by the Constitution and by the law. (Art. 133) - Portuguese1. Compete ao Tribunal Constitucional apreciar a inconstitucionalidade e a ilegalidade, nos termos dos Artigos 144.º e seguintes.
2. Compete também ao Tribunal Constitucional:
a) Verificar a morte e a impossibilidade física permanente do Presidente da República, bem como verificar os impedimentos temporários do exercício das suas funções;
b) Verificar a perda do cargo do Presidente da República, nos casos previstos no numero 3 do Artigo 85.º e no numero 3 do Artigo 86.º;
c) Julgar em última instância a regularidade e a validade dos actos do processo eleitoral, nos termos da lei;
d) Verificar a morte e declarar a incapacidade para o exercício da função presidencial de qualquer candidato a Presidente da República, para efeitos do disposto no número 2 do Artigo 78.º
e) Verificar a legalidade da constituição de partidos políticos e suas coligações, bem como apreciar a legalidade das suas denominações, siglas e símbolos, e ordenar a respectiva extinção, nos termos da Constituição e da lei;
f) Verificar previamente a constitucionalidade e a legalidade dos referendos nacionais, regionais e locais, incluindo a apreciação dos requisitos relativos ao respectivo universo eleitoral;
g) Julgar, a requerimento dos Deputados, nos termos da lei, os recursos relativos à perda do mandato e às eleições realizadas na Assembleia Nacional e nas Assembleias Regional e Locais;
h) Julgar as acções de impugnação de eleições e de deliberações de órgãos de partidos políticos que, nos termos da lei, sejam recorríveis.
3. Compete ainda ao Tribunal Constitucional exercer as demais funções que lhe sejam atribuídas pela Constituição e pela lei. (Art. 133)

- EnglishThe Constitutional Court of Ukraine decides on compliance of laws of Ukraine with the Constitution of Ukraine and, in cases prescribed by this Constitution, of other acts, provides official interpretation of the Constitution of Ukraine as well as exercises other authority in accordance with this Constitution.
The Constitutional Court of Ukraine acts on the basis of the principles of the rule of law, independence, collegiality, transparency, reasonableness and binding nature of its decisions and opinions. 1) The National Assembly – in the cases stipulated by Point 12 of Article 168 of the Constitution; in the case stipulated by Point 7 of Article 168 of the Constitution – by a decision adopted by majority vote of the total number of parliamentarians, and in the case stipulated by Point 10 of Article 168 of the Constitution – by a decision adopted by at least a three-fifths majority vote of total number of parliamentarians;
2) At least one fifth of the total number of parliamentarians – in the cases stipulated by Point 1, 4, and 6 of Article 168 of the Constitution;
3) A faction of the National Assembly – for disputes related to decisions adopted with respect to the results of a referendum or the results of election of the President of the Republic;
4) The President of the Republic – in the cases stipulated by Part 1 of Article 129, Part 2 of Article 139, Article 150, or Points 1 and 4 of Article 168 of the Constitution;
5) The Government – in the cases stipulated by Point 1, 4, 8, and 12 of Article 168 of the Constitution;
6) The Supreme Judicial Council – in the cases stipulated by Point 4 of Article 168 of the Constitution;
7) Local self-government bodies – with a question regarding the conformity with the Constitution of normative legal acts stipulated by Point 1 of Article 168 of the Constitution that violate their constitutional rights, as well as in the cases stipulated by Point 4 of Article 168 of the Constitution;
8) Everyone – in a concrete case when there is a final act of court, all judicial remedies have been exhausted, and the person challenges the constitutionality of a provision of a normative legal act applied in relation to him by such act of court, which has led to a violation of his fundamental rights and freedoms enshrined in Chapter 2 of the Constitution, taking into account also the construal of such provision in its practical legal application;
9) The Prosecutor General – concerning the constitutionality of provisions of normative legal acts related to a specific set of proceedings conducted by the prosecution office, as well as in the case stipulated by Ponit 11 of Article 168 of the Constitution;
10) The Human Rights Defender – concerning the conformity of the normative legal acts listed in Point 1 of Article 168 of the Constitution with the provisions of Chapter 2 of the Constitution;
11) Parties or party alliances that participated in the National Assembly election – on disputes connected with decisions taken on the results of the National Assembly election;
12) The candidates for the President of the Republic – on disputes connected with decisions taken on the results of the election of the President of the Republic; and
13) At least three judges of the Constitutional Court – in the case stipulated by Point 9 of Article 168 of the Constitution.
... (Art. 169) - Armenian1. Սահմանադրական դատարան կարող են դիմել՝
1) Ազգային ժողովը՝ Սահմանադրության 168-րդ հոդվածի 12-րդ կետով սահմանված դեպքերում, Սահմանադրության 168-րդ հոդվածի 7-րդ կետով սահմանված դեպքում՝ պատգամավորների ընդհանուր թվի ձայների մեծամասնությամբ ընդունված որոշմամբ, իսկ Սահմանադրության 168-րդ հոդվածի 10-րդ կետով սահմանված դեպքում` պատգամավորների ընդհանուր թվի ձայների առնվազն երեք հինգերորդով ընդունված որոշմամբ.
2) պատգամավորների ընդհանուր թվի առնվազն մեկ հինգերորդը՝ Սահմանադրության 168-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին, 4-րդ եւ 6-րդ կետերով սահմանված դեպքերում.

4) Հանրապետության նախագահը՝ Սահմանադրության 129-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 139-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, 150-րդ հոդվածով, ինչպես նաև 168-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 4-րդ կետերով սահմանված դեպքերում.
5) Կառավարությունը՝ Սահմանադրության 168-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին, 4-րդ, 8-րդ և 12-րդ կետերով սահմանված դեպքերում.
6) Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը՝ Սահմանադրության 168-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ կետով սահմանված դեպքերում.
7) տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինները՝ Սահմանադրության 168-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին կետում թվարկված` իրենց սահմանադրական իրավունքները խախտող նորմատիվ իրավական ակտերի՝ Սահմանադրությանը համապատասխանության հարցով, ինչպես նաև Սահմանադրության 168-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ կետով սահմանված դեպքերում.
8) յուրաքանչյուր ոք՝ կոնկրետ գործով, երբ առկա է դատարանի վերջնական ակտը, սպառվել են դատական պաշտպանության բոլոր միջոցները և վիճարկում է այդ ակտով իր նկատմամբ կիրառված նորմատիվ իրավական ակտի դրույթի սահմանադրականությունը, ինչը հանգեցրել է Սահմանադրության 2-րդ գլխում ամրագրված իր հիմնական իրավունքների և ազատությունների խախտման՝ հաշվի առնելով նաև համապատասխան դրույթին իրավակիրառ պրակտիկայում տրված մեկնաբանությունը.
9) գլխավոր դատախազը՝ դատախազության կողմից իրականացվող կոնկրետ վարույթին առնչվող նորմատիվ իրավական ակտերի դրույթների սահմանադրականության հարցերով, ինչպես նաև Սահմանադրության 168-րդ հոդվածի 11-րդ կետով սահմանված դեպքում.
10) Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը՝ Սահմանադրության 168-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին կետում թվարկված նորմատիվ իրավական ակտերի՝ Սահմանադրության 2-րդ գլխի դրույթներին համապատասխանության հարցերով.
11) Ազգային ժողովի ընտրությանը մասնակցած կուսակցությունները կամ կուսակցությունների դաշինքները՝ Ազգային ժողովի ընտրության արդյունքով ընդունված որոշումների հետ կապված վեճերով.
12) Հանրապետության նախագահի թեկնածուները՝ Հանրապետության նախագահի ընտրության արդյունքով ընդունված որոշումների հետ կապված վեճերով.
