Status of the Constitution
- EnglishNo provision of the Constitution shall be interpreted or translated in a manner that would grant to the State or any group or person the right to engage in any activity or perform any act aimed at the destruction of the rights and freedoms set out in this Constitution. (Art. 69)

The Constitution of the Republic of Moldova shall be the Supreme Law of the State. No law or other legal act which contravenes the provisions of the Constitution shall have legal force. (Art. 7)

Status of the Constitution
- English1. The Constitution shall be the supreme law of the Republic of Angola.
2. The state shall be subject to the Constitution and shall be based on the rule of law, respecting the law and ensuring that the law is respected.
3. Laws, treaties and other acts of the state, local government bodies and public bodies in general shall only be valid if they conform to the Constitution. (Art. 6) - Portuguese1. A Constituição é a lei suprema da República de Angola.
2. O Estado subordina-se à Constituição e funda-se na legalidade, devendo respeitar e fazer respeitar as leis.
3. As leis, os tratados e os demais actos do Estado, dos órgãos do poder local e dos entes públicos em geral só são válidos se forem conformes à Constituição. (Art. 6)
