- EnglishTo be President of the Republic [it] is required:
a) To be Equatoguinean of origin.
b) To be in enjoyment of the rights of citizenship.
c) To have resided in the Country for five uninterrupted years.
d) To be able to interpret the Fundamental Law.
e) To have been elected in accordance with this Fundamental Law and other laws.
f) To be forty years [of age] as [a] minimum.
