(1) The death of a citizen of Eswatini shall not affect the citizenship of a surviving spouse or child or another dependant.(2) Loss of Eswatini citizenship by a person shall not of itself affect the citizenship of a spouse or child. (Sec. 52)

(1) A citizen of Ghana may hold the citizenship of any other country in addition to his citizenship of Ghana.

(3) Where the law of a country requires a person who marries a citizen of that country to renounce the citizenship of his own country by virtue of that marriage, a citizen of Ghana who is deprived of his citizenship of Ghana by virtue of that marriage shall, on the dissolution of that marriage, become a citizen of Ghana. 1. A citizen of Lesotho who marries a citizen of another country which requires him to renounce his Lesotho citizenship, shall, upon dissolution of marriage, have his citizenship restored if he wishes to become a citizen of Lesotho.
2. A person who was born a citizen of Lesotho and renounced his citizenship through acquisition of another citizenship, his citizenship shall be restored immediately on the coming into operation of this amendment to the Constitution and his rights and privileges, except those that contradict section 41(3) shall continue to prevail as if he never lost Lesotho citizenship.

(1) The president may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Chapter,² prescribing all matters which are required or permitted to be prescribed or which are necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to the provisions of this Chapter, and for granting special immigrant status with full residential rights to non-Nigerian spouses of citizens of Nigeria who do not wish to acquire Nigerian citizenship.

Parliament shall by law provide for the acquisition and loss of citizenship by naturalisation. (Art. 13)

An Act of Parliament may make provision, consistent with this Chapter², for—
(a) procedures by which Zimbabwean citizenship by registration may be acquired;
(b) the voluntary renunciation of Zimbabwean citizenship;
(c) procedures for the revocation of Zimbabwean citizenship by registration;
(d) the restoration of Zimbabwean citizenship;
(e) the prohibition of dual citizenship in respect of citizens by descent or registration; and
(f) generally giving effect to this Chapter. (Sec. 42)

Congolese nationality is one and exclusive. It may not be held concurrently with any other.
The Congolese nationality is either of origin, or by individual acquisition.
Any person belonging to an ethnic group of which the members [personnes] and the territory are constituent to that which became the Congo (presently the Democratic Republic of the Congo) at independence, is Congolese of origin. (Art. 10)⁴
