2. A citizen who is involuntarily without work and has no other means of support, shall have the right to social security, the scope and forms of which shall be specified by statute. - EnglishI. Every person has the right to dedicate him or herself to business, industry or any other legal economic activity under conditions which do not harm the collective well being.
II. The workers in small urban or rural productive units, or who are self-employed, and guild members in general, shall enjoy special protection on the part of the State through a policy of equitable commercial exchange and fair prices for their products, as well as a preferential allowance of financial economic resources to promote their production.
