Upon returning to work, the mother may not be dismissed for one year, except in special cases prescribed by law, which shall in addition, regulate the special working conditions of the pregnant woman. (2) Subject to the provisions of subsection (5), no law shall make any provision which is discriminatory either of itself or in its effect.
