Furthermore, it recognizes the stable and singular union with legal capacity that effectively forms a common life plan that, under the conditions and circumstances indicated in the law, generates the rights and obligations that the law provides. Marriage shall be based on the traditional family values of the people of Uzbekistan, the free consent and equality of those entering into marriage.
