(a) is registered as a voter; and
(b) is at least forty years of age;
unless he or she is disqualified under subsection (4) or (5).
(2) A person is qualified for election as a Senator Chief referred to in section 120(1)(b) if he or she—
(a) holds the office of Chief; and
