- EnglishA citizen shall have the right to take part in political life and state administration directly or via his representatives.
Citizens shall have the equal rights to state service.
A citizen shall have the right to take part in referendum, to elect from the age of 18 years and also be elected from the age fixed by Constitution, Constitutional laws and laws.
Persons deemed incompetent by a court or who have been deprived of liberty in accordance with a court sentence shall not have the right to take part in the elections and referendums.
Constitutional laws and laws shall regulate the procedure of elections. Referendum shall be held in accordance with Constitutional Law. (Art. 27) - RussianГражданин имеет право участвовать в политической жизни и управлении государственном непосредственно или через представителей.

Лица, признанные судом недееспособными, либо содержащиеся в местах лищения свободы по приговору суда, не имеют права участвовать в выборах и референдумах.
