The laws qualified as constitutional require, for their reform, the vote of the two- thirds part of the total number of deputies that integrate the Congress, prior to the favorable ruling of the Court of Constitutionality. (Art. 175) - SpanishNinguna ley podrá contrariar las disposiciones de la Constitución. Las leyes que violen o tergiversen los mandatos constitucionales son nulas ipso jure.
Las leyes calificadas como constitucionales requieren, para su reforma, el voto de las dos terceras partes del total de diputados que integran el Congreso, previo dictamen favorable de la Corte de Constitucionalidad. (Art. 175)
