    The Republic of Paraguay, in conditions of equality with other States, admits a supranational juridical order which guarantees the enforcement of human rights, of peace, of justice, of cooperation and of development, in political, economic, social and cultural [matters].
    Those decisions can only be adopted by the absolute majority of each Chamber of the Congress. (Art. 145)

    La República del Paraguay, en condiciones de igualdad con otros Estados, admite un orden jurídico supranacional que garantice la vigencia de los derechos humanos, de la paz, de la justicia, de la cooperación y del desarrollo, en lo político, económico, social y cultural.
    Dichas decisiones sólo podrán adoptarse por mayoría absoluta de cada Cámara del Congreso. (Art. 145)
