Political parties are indispensable elements of democratic political life.
Political parties shall be formed without prior permission, and shall pursue their activities in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Constitution and laws.
The statutes and programs, as well as the activities of political parties shall not be contrary to the independence of the State, its indivisible integrity with its territory and nation, human rights, the principles of equality and rule of law, sovereignty of the nation, the principles of the democratic and secular republic; they shall not aim to promote or establish class or group dictatorship or dictatorship of any kind, nor shall they incite citizens to crime. …
The State shall provide the political parties with adequate financial means in an equitable manner. The principles regarding aid to political parties, as well as collection of dues and donations are regulated by law. 1. The Party shall be established as set out in the paragraph 10 of the Article Sixteen of the Constitution, and shall formulate and conduct nation-wide policy.
2. The Party shall be formed by associating uniting at least one percent of Mongolian citizens, eligible to vote in the election.
3. Internal organization of the party shall be in compliance with the democratic principles, and its capital and revenue sources and spending shall be transparent to public. - EnglishAny political party which sends a candidate for election on a constituency basis shall have the right to send a candidate for election on a party list basis.
In sending a candidate for election on a party list basis, each political party shall prepare one list of candidates, in which candidates for election of each political party shall not be the same as others’ and not be the same as the names of candidates for election on a constituency basis. Such list of candidates shall be submitted to the Election Commission prior to the end of the period for application for candidacy for election of Members of the House of Representatives on a constituency basis.
In the preparation of a list of candidates under paragraph two, the members of the political party shall be allowed to participate in the deliberations, and regard shall be had to the candidates for election from different regions and equality between men and women. 1. Political parties shall ensure that national interests prevail over all other interests and, for this purpose, shall provide choices based on the values and aspirations of the people for responsible and good governance.
2. Political parties shall promote national unity and progressive economic development and strive to ensure the well-being of the nation.
3. Candidates and political parties shall not resort to regionalism, ethnicity and religion to incite voters for electoral gain.
4. A political party shall be registered by the Election Commission on its satisfying the qualifications and requirements set out hereinafter, that:
(a) Its members shall be Bhutanese citizens and not otherwise disqualified under this Constitution;
(b) Its membership is not based on region, sex, language, religion or social origin;
(c) It is broad-based with cross-national membership and support and is committed to national cohesion and stability;
(d) It does not accept money or any assistance other than those contributions made by its registered members, and the amount or value shall be fixed by the Election Commission;
(e) It does not receive money or any assistance from foreign sources, be it governmental, non-governmental, private organizations or from private parties or individuals;
(f) Its members shall bear true faith and allegiance to this Constitution and uphold the sovereignty, territorial integrity, security and unity of the Kingdom;
(g) It is established for the advancement of democracy and for the social, economic and political growth of Bhutan; and
(h) It has not been dissolved earlier under the provisions of section 11 of this Article.

- English1. Citizens of Georgia shall have the right to form a political party and participate in its activities in accordance with the organic law.
2. Political party membership of persons enlisted in the Defence Forces or bodies responsible for state and public security, and those appointed as judges, shall cease.
3. The establishment and activity of a political party that aims to overthrow or forcibly change the constitutional order of Georgia, infringe on the independence or violate the territorial integrity of the country, or that propagates war or violence or incites national, ethnic, provincial, religious or social strife, shall be inadmissible. The establishment of a political party on a territorial principle shall be inadmissible.
4. The prohibition of a political party shall be admissible only by decision of the constitutional court, in cases defined by the organic law and in accordance with the established procedure. 3. დაუშვებელია ისეთი პოლიტიკური პარტიის შექმნა და საქმიანობა, რომლის მიზანია საქართველოს კონსტიტუციური წყობილების დამხობა ან ძალადობით შეცვლა, ქვეყნის დამოუკიდებლობის ხელყოფა, ტერიტორიული მთლიანობის დარღვევა ან რომელიც ეწევა ომის ან ძალადობის პროპაგანდას, აღვივებს ეროვნულ, ეთნიკურ, კუთხურ, რელიგიურ ან სოციალურ შუღლს. დაუშვებელია პოლიტიკური პარტიის შექმნა ტერიტორიული ნიშნით.
4. პოლიტიკური პარტიის აკრძალვა შეიძლება მხოლოდ საკონსტიტუციო სასამართლოს გადაწყვეტილებით, ორგანული კანონით განსაზღვრულ შემთხვევებში და დადგენილი წესით. (მუხლი 23)
