- EnglishThe political parties work for the structuring [encadrement] and for the political instruction [formation] of the citizens, for the promotion of their participation in the national life and the management of public affairs. They concur in the expression of the will of the electors and participate in the exercise of power, on the basis of pluralism and of alternation by democratic methods, within the framework of the constitutional institutions.
Their constitution and the exercise of their activities are free, within respect for the Constitution and for the law.
The regime of [a] sole party is illegal.
The political parties may not be founded on a religious, linguistic, ethnic or regional basis, or, in a general manner, on any discriminatory basis or [basis] contrary to the Rights of Man.
They may not have for [an] objective [but], infringement to the Muslim religion, to the monarchical regime, to the constitutional principles, to the democratic foundations or to the national unity and territorial integrity of the Kingdom.
The organization and functioning of the political parties must conform to democratic principles.
An organic law determines, within the framework of the principles enounced in this Article, the regulations concerning[,] notably[,] the constitution and activities of the political parties, of the criteria of concession of financial support of the State, as well as the modalities of control of their financing. - EnglishA person shall enjoy the liberty to unite and form a political party under the democratic regime of government with the King as Head of State, as provided by law.
The law under paragraph one shall at least contain provisions relating to the administration of a political party which must be transparent and accountable, provide party members opportunities to widely participate in defining policies and nominating candidates for election, and prescribe measures to ensure that the administration be carried out independently and free from manipulation or inducement of any person who is not a member of such party, as well as oversight measures to prevent members of a political party from committing any act which violates or contravenes laws relating to election. - EnglishThe organization of parties, groups and political movements is free and subject to the principles established in this Constitution. Their conformation and functioning should support themselves in respect for internal democracy and transparency, in accordance with the law. Its essential purposes are:
1. To guarantee the participation of male and female citizens in the political processes that contribute to the strengthening of democracy.
2. To contribute in equality of conditions, to the formation and manifestation of the citizen will, respecting political pluralism through the proposal of candidate lists to offices of popular election.
3. To serve the national interest, the collective well-being and the complete development of Dominican society. The political system is pluralist and expresses itself through the political parties, which are the only instrument for the exercise of the representation of the People within the Government. The norms, [the] organization and [the] functioning will be subject to the principles of [a] representative democracy.

- EnglishThe right to establish political parties shall be unrestricted.
The internal structure of political parties shall comply with fundamental constitutional democratic principles.
Political parties shall publicly disclose the sources of their finances and assets.
Political parties which, in their platforms or by violent action, intend to undermine the free democratic order or threaten the existence of the Republic of Croatia shall be deemed unconstitutional. The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Croatia shall decide on such unconstitutionality.

Unutarnje ustrojstvo političkih stranaka mora biti sukladno temeljnim ustavnim demokratskim načelima.
Stranke moraju javno polagati račun o porijeklu svojih sredstava i imovine.
Protuustavne su političke stranke koje svojim programom ili nasilnim djelovanjem smjeraju podrivanju slobodnoga demokratskog poretka ili ugrožavaju opstojnost Republike Hrvatske. O protuustavnosti odlučuje Ustavni sud Republike Hrvatske.
Zakonom se uređuje položaj i financiranje političkih stranaka. (Članak 6)

- EnglishPolitical parties express political pluralism, contribute to the formation and manifestation of the popular will, and are fundamental instruments of political participation, without prejudice to the freedom of electoral nomination in the form prescribed by this Constitution and by law. The internal structure and the functioning of political parties shall be based on democratic principles.
The law shall regulate the registration and the continued existence of political parties but in no case may provide that the minimum number of votes required for survival is higher than five percent (5%) of the valid votes cast in elections for President, members of the National Assembly, Mayors or Precinct Representatives, whichever is the vote in which the party concerned has been most successful. La Ley reglamentará el reconocimiento y subsistencia de los partidos políticos, sin que, en ningún caso, pueda establecer que el número de los votos necesarios para su subsistencia sea superior al cinco por ciento de los votos válidos emitidos en las elecciones para Presidente, Diputados, Alcaldes o Representantes de Corregimientos, según la votación más favorable al partido.
