In their internal charters and activities, political parties, unions and associations must respect the provisions of the Constitution, the law, financial transparency and the rejection of violence. (Art. 35) - Arabicحرّية تكوين الأحزاب والنقابات والجمعيات مضمونة.

- EnglishCitizens shall have the right to associate. The citizen shall have the right to participate in the creation of political parties, including parties of democratic, religious and atheistic character, trade unions, and other public associations, voluntarily affiliate with them and quit.
The political parties shall promote the forming and expressing of will of people on the base of political pluralism and take part in political life. - EnglishThe citizens will have the right to group themselves in parties to intervene in the national policy, as long as the parties commit themselves in their programs to respect the constitutional order of the Republic.
The political parties will express political pluralism, will participate in the formation and manifestation of the popular willingness and will be fundamental instruments for political participation. Their creation and the exercise of their activity will be free within respect for the Constitution and the law. Their internal structure and functioning must be democratic. - EnglishIn these elections, political organizations and alliances participating in the election of Assembly persons shall be entitled to submit candidacies.
Other political organizations are also entitled to submit candidacies, for which purpose they must show support based on a list of signatures accounting for one percent (1%) of the citizens on the corresponding voter registration list. To this end, the National Electoral Council shall provide the necessary forms.
The mum-persons candidacies shall be submitted in complete slates with principal candidates and their respective alternates. The slates shall be established in an egalitarian fashion with a sequence of woman, man or man, woman until the total number of candidates has been completed. Podrán también hacerlo otras organizaciones políticas, para lo cual deberán presentar el uno por ciento (1%) de firmas de adhesión de los ciudadanos y ciudadanas del correspondiente registro electoral. Al efecto, el Consejo Nacional Electoral entregará los formularios necesarios.

- English(1) Political activity in the Republic of Bulgaria shall be founded on the principle of political pluralism.
(2) No political party or ideology shall be proclaimed or affirmed as a party or ideology of the State.
(3) All parties shall facilitate the formation and expression of the citizens' political will. The procedure applying to the formation and dissolution of political parties and the conditions pertaining to their activity shall be established by law.
(4) There shall be no political parties on ethnic, racial or religious lines, nor parties which seek the violent seizure of state power. (Art. 11) - Bulgarian(1) Политическияɬ живот в Република България се основава върху принципа нɚ политическия плурализъм.

1. Parliament shall, by law, establish a Public Election Fund into which shall be paid every year such amounts as the Election Commission may consider appropriate to fund registered political parties and their candidates during elections to the National Assembly and candidates to the National Council.
2. The payment out of the Public Election Fund shall be made by the Election Commission in a non-discriminatory manner to registered political parties and candidates in accordance with laws made by Parliament.
3. The Election Commission shall fix a ceiling for the total expenditure that may be incurred by political parties and their candidates taking part in elections to the National Assembly.
4. The Election Commission shall fix a ceiling for contribution offered voluntarily by any of its registered members to a political party subject to the provisions of the Election Fund Act.
5. The funding received by political parties and their candidates shall be subjected to scrutiny and auditing as called for by the Election Commission in accordance with laws made by Parliament or law in force. (Art. 16) - Dzongkha

The political parties participate [concourent] in the exercise of suffrage. They are formed and exercise their activities freely within the conditions determined by the Charter of Political Parties [Charte des Partis politiques]. They must respect the principles of national sovereignty, of democracy, of the territorial integrity and of the secularity of the State.
The State participates in the financing of the political parties within the conditions established by the law. The amount allocated for this purpose may not decrease from one budgetary fiscal year to another. However, in the case of a decrease of the proprietary resources of the general budget of the State, the allocation may be reduced in the same proportions. (Art. 5) - French
Les Partis politiques concourent à l'expression du suffrage. Ils se forment et exercent librement leurs activités dans les conditions déterminées par la Charte des partis politiques. Ils doivent respecter les principes de la souveraineté nationale, de la démocratie, de l'intégrité territoriale et la laïcité de l'Etat.
L’Etat concourt au financement des partis politiques aux conditions fixées par la loi. Le montant alloué à cette fin ne peut diminuer d'un exercice budgétaire à un autre. Toutefois, en cas de diminution des ressources propres du budget général de l'Etat, l’allocation pourra être réduite dans les mêmes proportions. (Art. 5)
