- English(1) Succession to the office of King and iNgwenyama is hereditary and governed by this Constitution and Swazi law and custom.

- English(1) The guardian of the King during his minority shall be the person appointed in the will of the deceased King, provided that he or she is of age and Spaniard by birth.
