- EnglishThe executive power is ensured by the President and the Vice-President of the Republic.
The President and the Vice-President of the Republic in order to ensure the executive power shall have a Council of Ministers composed of seven Greek Ministers and three Turkish Ministers. The Ministers shall be designated respectively by the President and the Vice-President of the Republic who shall appoint them by an instrument signed by them both. The Ministers may be chosen from outside the House of Representatives.
One of the following Ministries that is to say the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defence or the Ministry of Finance, shall be entrusted to a Turkish Minister. If the President and the Vice-President of the Republic agree they may replace this system by a system of rotation.
The Council of Ministers shall exercise executive power as in Article 54 provided.
… (Art. 46) - GreekΗ εκτελεστική εξουσία διασφαλίζεται υπό του Προέδρου και του Αντιπροέδρου της Δημοκρατίας.
Ο Πρόεδρος και ο Αντιπρόεδρος της Δημοκρατίας προς τον σκοπόν της διασφαλίσεως της εκτελεστικής εξουσίας έχουσιν Υπουργικόν Συμβούλιον αποτελούμενον εξ επτά ελλήνων υπουργών και εκ τριών τούρκων υπουργών. Εν εκ των κάτωθι υπουργείων, ήτοι το υπουργείον των εξωτερικών, το υπουργείον αμύνης ή το υπουργείον των οικονομικών ανατίθεται εις τούρκον υπουργόν. Εάν ο Πρόεδρος και ο Αντιπρόεδρος της Δημοκρατίας συμφωνώσι, δύνανται ν’ αντικαταστήσωσι το σύστημα τούτο διά συστήματος εναλλαγής εκ περιτροπής.
Το Υπουργικόν Συμβούλιον ασκεί εκτελεστικήν εξουσίαν κατά τα εν άρθρω 54 οριζόμενα.

Yürütme yetkisini kullanmak için Cumhurbaşkanı ve Cumhurbaşkanı Yardımcısının yedi Rum Bakan ve üç Türk Bakandan müteşekkil bir Bakanlar Kurulu vardır. Bakanlar, durumuna göre, Cumhurbaşkanı ve Cumhurbaşkanı Yardımcısı tarafından inha edilir ve her ikisi tarafından imzalanacak bir kararname ile tayin olunur. Bakanlar Temsilciler Meclisi dışından seçilebilir.
Müteakip bakanlıklardan, yani Dış İşleri, Milli Savunma veya Maliye Bakanlıklarından biri, bir Türk Bakana verilir. Cumhurbaşkanı ve Cumhurbaşkanı Yardımcısı anlaştıkları takdirde bu sistemin yerine bir rotasyon sistemi koyabilir.
Bakanlar Konseyi, 54. maddede belirtildiği şekilde yürütme yetkisini kullanır.
