(a) Be a citizen of the Federal Republic of Somalia, of sound mind, not younger than 25, and a registered voter;

The special circumscriptions will assure the participation in the Chamber of Representatives of the ethnic groups and those Colombians resident abroad. Through these circumscriptions four (4) Representatives will be elected, so distributed: two (2) by the circumscription of the communities of afro-descent, one (1) by the circumscription of the indigenous communities, and one (1) by the international circumscription. In the latter, only the votes cast [depositados] outside of the national territory by citizens resident abroad will be counted.

From 2014, the basis for the allocation of the additional seats will be adjusted in the same proportion of increase [as] the growth of the national population, in accord with what the census determines. 1. The Parliament shall consist of two Chambers: the Senate and the Mazhilis, which act on a permanent basis.
2. In the manner prescribed by the constitutional law, the Senate is formed by the deputies for two persons out of each region, city of republican significance and the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Ten deputies of the Senate are appointed by the President of the Republic, five of them - at the recommendation of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan.
3. The Mazhilis consists of ninety-eight deputies elected in the manner prescribed by the constitutional law under a mixed electoral system: according to the system of proportional representation in the territory of a single nationwide constituency, as well as in single-mandate territorial constituencies.

5. يراعي في تكوين المجلس التشريعي الانتقالي مكونات المجتمع السوداني بما فيها القوي السياسية والمدنية والمهنيه والطرق الصوفيه والادارات الاهلية والحركات المسلحة الموقعة وغير الموقعهعلي اعلان الحرية والتغيير وغيرها من مكونات المجتمع السوداني. (الماده 24)
