- English1. The Prime Minister shall be appointed by the President of the Republic, following hearings with the political parties represented in the National Assembly and taking into consideration the election results.
2. The Ministers and Secretaries of State shall be appointed by the President of the Republic on the proposal of the Prime Minister.
