- EnglishI. All Bolivians are citizens and exercise their citizenship rights from the age of 18, whatever may be their level of education, occupation or income.
II. Citizenship rights consist of:
1. Taking part as an elector or being eligible to be part of and exercise functions in the bodies of popular power, and
2. The right to exercise public functions without any requisites, except those established by law.

- EnglishThe Queen of Cambodia shall have no right to engage in politics, to assume a leading function in State or Government affairs, or to assume an administrative or political role.
The Queen of Cambodia shall devote herself in tasks of social, humanitarian, religious interests, and assist the King in protocol and diplomatic obligations. - EnglishLibyans shall be equal before the law. They shall enjoy equal civil and political rights, shall have the same opportunities, and be subject to the same public duties and obligations, without discrimination due to religion, sect, language, wealth, sex, kinship, political opinions, social status, and tribal, provincial or familial affiliation.
The isolation of some persons and banning them from sovereign offices and leadership posts in the State's higher departments for a temporary period of time pursuant to a law issued to such effect, and which does not prejudice the right of the persons concerned to appeal, shall not be deemed a violation of the provisions of this declaration.
