- EnglishWorking hours shall not exceed eight hours per day or 44 hours per week. Where permitted by law, night work shall not exceed seven hours per day or 35 hours per week. No employer shall have the right to require employees to work overtime. An effort shall be made to reduce working hours progressively in the interest of society and in such sphere as may be determined, and appropriate provisions shall be adopted to make better use of free time for the benefit of the physical, spiritual and cultural development of workers.
Workers are entitled to weekly time off and paid vacations on the same terms as for days actually worked. (Art. 90) - SpanishLa jornada de trabajo diurna no excederá de ocho horas diarias ni de cuarenta y cuatro horas semanales. En los casos en que la ley lo permita, la jornada de trabajo nocturna no excederá de siete horas diarias ni de treinta y cinco semanales. Ningún patrono podrá obligar a los trabajadores o trabajadoras a laborar horas extraordinarias. Se propenderá a la progresiva disminución de la jornada de trabajo dentro del interés social y del ámbito que se determine y se dispondrá lo conveniente para la mejor utilización del tiempo libre en beneficio del desarrollo físico, espiritual y cultural de los trabajadores y trabajadoras.
Los trabajadores y trabajadoras tienen derecho al descanso semanal y vacaciones remunerados en las mismas condiciones que las jornadas efectivamente laboradas. (Art. 90)

- EnglishThe ordinary daytime working day may not exceed eight hours a day and forty-eight a week. The ordinary nighttime working day may not exceed six hours a day and thirty-six a week. The work during extraordinary hours must be remunerated with fifty percent more than the stipulated incomes or salaries. Nevertheless, these provisions will not be applied in very qualified cases of exception, that the law determines. (Art. 58)

La jornada ordinaria de trabajo nocturno no podrá exceder de seis horas diarias y treinta y seis a la semana. El trabajo en horas extraordinarias deberá ser remunerado con un cincuenta por ciento más de lo sueldos o salarios estipulados. (1) Employees have the right to just and satisfying working conditions. The law guarantees, above all
a) the right to remuneration for work done, sufficient to ensure them a dignified standard of living,
b) protection against arbitrary dismissal and discrimination at the work place,
c) labor safety and the protection of health at work,
d) the longest admissible working time,
e) adequate rest after work,
f) the shortest admissible period of paid leave,

(2) Every employee has the right to remuneration for work done which is not lower than minimal wage. A law shall regulate details on the minimal wage. (Art. 36) - Slovak
(1) Zamestnanci majú právo na spravodlivé a uspokojujúce pracovné podmienky. Zákon im zabezpečuje najmä
a) právo na odmenu za vykonanú prácu, dostatočnú na to, aby im umoţnila dôstojnú ţivotnú úroveň,
b) ochranu proti svojvoľnému prepúšťaniu zo zamestnania a diskriminácii v zamestnaní,
c) ochranu bezpečnosti a zdravia pri práci,
d) najvyššiu prípustnú dĺţku pracovného času,
e) primeraný odpočinok po práci,
f) najkratšiu prípustnú dĺţku platenej dovolenky na zotavenie,

Any person who suffers an accident during their labor or contracts a work-related illness has the right to medical attention, subsidy, or pension in the case of a temporary or permanent incapacity to work, or to other forms of social security protection. La persona que sufre un accidente de trabajo o contrae una enfermedad profesional tiene derecho a la atención médica, a subsidio o jubilación en los casos de incapacidad temporal o permanente de trabajo o a otras formas de protección de la seguridad social. (Art. 69)

This right is ensured by providing weekly rest days and also paid annual vacation, by establishing a shorter working day for certain professions and industries, and reduced working hours at night.
The maximum number of working hours, the minimum duration of rest and of paid annual vacation, days off and holidays as well as other conditions for exercising this right, are determined by law. (Art. 45) - UkrainianКожен, хто працює, має право на відпочинок.
Це право забезпечується наданням днів щотижневого відпочинку, а також оплачуваної щорічної відпустки, встановленням скороченого робочого дня щодо окремих професій і виробництв, скороченої тривалості роботи у нічний час.
Максимальна тривалість робочого часу, мінімальна тривалість відпочинку та оплачуваної щорічної відпустки, вихідні та святкові дні, а також інші умови здійснення цього права визначаються законом. (Стаття 45)
