The State must promote public awareness of this Constitution, in particular by—
(a) translating it into all officially recognised languages and disseminating it as widely as possible;
(b) requiring this Constitution to be taught in schools and as part of the curricula for the training of members of the security services, the Public Service and members and employees of public institutions; and
(c) encouraging all persons and organisations, including civic organisations, to disseminate awareness and knowledge of this Constitution throughout society. (Sec. 7)

Status of the Constitution
- EnglishIf a court finds that a provision conflicts with a rule of fundamental law or other superior statute, the provision shall not be applied. The same applies if a procedure laid down in law has been disregarded in any important respect when the provision was made.
In the case of review of an act of law under paragraph one, particular attention must be paid to the fact that the Riksdag is the foremost representative of the people and that fundamental law takes precedence over other law. 3. በዚህ ሕገ መንግሥት ከተደነገገው ውጭ በማናቸውም አኳኊን የመንግሥት ሥልጣን መያዝ የተከለከለ ነው፡፡
