- EnglishThe administrative function is at the service of the general interests and is developed on the foundation of the principles of equality, morality, efficiency, economy, swiftness, impartiality, and publicity through the decentralization, the delegation, and the deconcentration of functions.
The administrative authorities must coordinate their actions for the appropriate fulfillment of the objectives of the State. The public administration, in all its orders, shall have an internal control that shall be exercised within the terms that the law specifies.
