(1) All citizens are free to associate in parties and other sociopolitical organizations. These organisations shall contribute to the definition and expression of the political will of citizens and take part in the election process, according to the law.
(2) All parties and other sociopolitical organisations are equal before the law.
(3) The State shall ensure the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of parties and other sociopolitical organisations.
(4) Parties and other sociopolitical organizations, which objectives or activities are the engagement in fighting against political pluralism, the principles of the rule of law, sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity of the Republic of Moldova are declared unconstitutional.
(5) Any secret associations shall be forbidden.
(6) The operation of parties consisting of foreign citizens shall be forbidden.
(7) Public offices the holders of which may not join political parties are laid down by organic law. (Art. 41) - Moldovian
(1) Cetăţenii se pot asocia liber în partide şi în alte organizaţii social-politice. Ele contribuie la definirea şi la exprimarea voinţei politice a cetăţenilor şi, în condiţiile legii, participă la alegeri.
(2) Partidele şi alte organizaţii social-politice sînt egale în faţa legii.
(3) Statul asigură respectarea drepturilor şi intereselor legitime ale partidelor şi ale altor organizaţii social-politice.
(4) Partidele şi alte organizaţii social-politice care, prin scopurile ori prin activitatea lor, militează împotriva pluralismului politic, a principiilor statului de drept, a suveranităţii şi independenţei, a integrităţii teritoriale a Republicii Moldova sînt neconstituţionale.
(5) Asociaţiile secrete sînt interzise.
(6) Activitatea partidelor constituite din cetăţeni străini este interzisă.

1. Parliament shall, by law, establish a Public Election Fund into which shall be paid every year such amounts as the Election Commission may consider appropriate to fund registered political parties and their candidates during elections to the National Assembly and candidates to the National Council.
2. The payment out of the Public Election Fund shall be made by the Election Commission in a non-discriminatory manner to registered political parties and candidates in accordance with laws made by Parliament.
3. The Election Commission shall fix a ceiling for the total expenditure that may be incurred by political parties and their candidates taking part in elections to the National Assembly.
4. The Election Commission shall fix a ceiling for contribution offered voluntarily by any of its registered members to a political party subject to the provisions of the Election Fund Act.
5. The funding received by political parties and their candidates shall be subjected to scrutiny and auditing as called for by the Election Commission in accordance with laws made by Parliament or law in force. (Art. 16) - Dzongkha

The political parties participate [concourent] in the exercise of suffrage. They are formed and exercise their activities freely within the conditions determined by the Charter of Political Parties [Charte des Partis politiques]. They must respect the principles of national sovereignty, of democracy, of the territorial integrity and of the secularity of the State.
The State participates in the financing of the political parties within the conditions established by the law. The amount allocated for this purpose may not decrease from one budgetary fiscal year to another. However, in the case of a decrease of the proprietary resources of the general budget of the State, the allocation may be reduced in the same proportions. (Art. 5) - French
Les Partis politiques concourent à l'expression du suffrage. Ils se forment et exercent librement leurs activités dans les conditions déterminées par la Charte des partis politiques. Ils doivent respecter les principes de la souveraineté nationale, de la démocratie, de l'intégrité territoriale et la laïcité de l'Etat.
L’Etat concourt au financement des partis politiques aux conditions fixées par la loi. Le montant alloué à cette fin ne peut diminuer d'un exercice budgétaire à un autre. Toutefois, en cas de diminution des ressources propres du budget général de l'Etat, l’allocation pourra être réduite dans les mêmes proportions. (Art. 5)

(2) Every citizen of Ghana of voting age has the right to join a political party.
(3) Subject to the provisions of this article, a political party is free to participate in shaping the political will of the people, to disseminate information on political ideas, social and economic programmes of a national character, and sponsor candidates for elections to any public office other than to District Assemblies or lower local government units.
(4) Every political party shall have a national character, and membership shall not be based on ethnic, religious, regional or other sectional divisions.
(5) The internal organization of a political party shall conform to democratic principles and its actions and purposes shall not contravene or be inconsistent with this Constitution or any other law.
