- EnglishAll Gabonese of both sexes enjoying their civil and political rights are eligible to the Presidency of the Republic.
Any Gabonese benefitting from another nationality under [the] title of which they [il] exercised political or administrative responsibilities in another country, cannot stand [se porter] as a candidate.
Any person having acquired Gabonese nationality may not present themselves as a candidate for the Presidency of the Republic. Only their [sa] descendants, having remained without discontinuity in Gabon can [do so], starting with the fourth generation.

On the death of the King, the title to the Throne shall pass by hereditary succession to the King’s legitimate descendants in order of seniority, the same rule governing succession by the issue of descendants who predecease the King. If the King has no descendants, the title to the Throne shall pass in the same way to the legitimate descendants of the King’s parent and then of his grandparent who are in the line of succession but are not further removed from the deceased King than the third degree of consanguinity. Het koningschap gaat bij overlijden van de Koning krachtens erfopvolging over op zijn wettige nakomelingen, waarbij het oudste kind voorrang heeft, met plaatsvervulling volgens dezelfde regel. Bij gebreke van eigen nakomelingen gaat het koningschap op gelijke wijze over op de wettige nakomelingen eerst van zijn ouder, dan van zijn grootouder, in de lijn van erfopvolging, voor zover de overleden Koning niet verder bestaand dan in de derde graad van bloedverwantschap. - EnglishA Prince or Princess entitled to succeed to the Crown of Norway may not marry without the consent of the King. Nor may he or she accept any other crown or government without the consent of the King and the Storting. For the consent of the Storting two thirds of the votes are required.
If he or she acts contrary to this rule, they and their descendants forfeit their right to the throne of Norway.
