- EnglishThe Constitutional Declaration issued on July 5th, 2013, the Constitutional Declaration issued on July 8th, 2013, and any constitutional texts or provisions of the Constitution issued in 2012 but not covered by this constitutional document shall be deemed repealed as of the date that this Constitution comes into effect. Their consequential effects shall however remain in force. (Art. 246)

Bolivia, Plurinational State of
- EnglishThe international treaties existing prior to the Constitution, which do not contradict it, shall be maintained in the internal legal order with the rank of law. Within the period of four years after the election of the new Executive Organ, the Executive shall renounce and, in that case, renegotiate the international treaties that may be contrary to the Constitution. - English(1) All powers in the Republic belong to the people, and their exercise on behalf of the people shall be effected only under, and by the authority of, this Constitution.
(2) This Constitution is, as the solemn expression of the will of the people, the supreme law of the Republic, and if any other law is inconsistent with this Constitution that other law shall, to the extent of the inconsistency, be void. (Art. 7) - Bengali(১) প্রজাতন্ত্রের সকল ক্ষমতার মালিক জনগণ; এবং জনগণের পক্ষে সেই ক্ষমতার প্রয়োগ কেবল এই সংবিধানের অধীন ও কর্তৃত্বে কার্যকর হইবে৷
(২) জনগণের অভিপ্রায়ের পরম অভিব্যক্তিরূপে এই সংবিধান প্রজাতন্ত্রের সর্বোচ্চ আইন এবং অন্য কোন আইন যদি এই সংবিধানের সহিত অসমঞ্জস হয়, তাহা হইলে সেই আইনের যতখানি অসামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ, ততখানি বাতিল হইবে৷ (অনুচ্ছেদ ৭)

- English1. Norms that contravene the provisions of the Constitution or the principles enshrined therein are unconstitutional.

On condition that the norms in question are applied in the legal order of the other party, the organic or formal unconstitutionality of properly ratified international treaties does not prevent the application of the norms they contain in the Portuguese legal order, save if that unconstitutionality results from the breach of a fundamental provision of the Constitution. Gabon
- EnglishThe international commitments, specified in Articles 113 to 115 below must be deferred, before their ratification, to the Constitutional Court, either by the President of the Republic or by the Prime Minister, or by the President of the National Assembly, or by one-tenth (1/10) of the Deputies, or by the President of the Senate or by one-tenth (1/10) of the Senators. The Constitutional Court verifies, within a time period of one (1) month, if these commitments contain a clause contrary to the Constitution. However, at the demand of the Government, if there is urgency, this time period is reduced to eight (8) days.
In the affirmative, these commitments cannot be ratified. (Art. 87) - FrenchLes engagements internationaux prévus aux articles 113 à 115 ci-après doivent être déférés, avant leur ratification, à la Cour Constitutionnelle, soit par le Président de la République, soit par le Premier Ministre, soit par le Président de l'Assemblée Nationale ou un dixième (1/10e) des députés, soit par le Président du Sénat ou un dixième (1/10e) des sénateurs. La Cour Constitutionnelle vérifie, dans un délai d'un (1) mois, si ces engagements comportent une clause contraire à la Constitution. Toutefois, à la demande du Gouvernement, s'il y a urgence, ce délai est ramené à huit (8) jours.
Dans l'affirmative, ces engagements ne peuvent être ratifiés. (Art. 87)
