(ب) اتحاد اور اسلامی اخلاقی معیاروں کی پابندی کو فروغ دینا؛ اور
(ج) ز کوۃ ،عشر ، اوقاف اور مساجد کی باقاعدہ تنظیم کا اہتمام کرنا۔ (آرٹیکل ۳۱)
