- EnglishNo person shall be eligible to hold the office of President or Vice-President, unless that person is:
a. a natural born Liberian citizen of not less than 35 years of age:
b. the owner of unencumbered real property valued at not less than twenty-five thousand dollars; and
c. resident in the Republic ten years prior to his election, provided that the President and the Vice-President shall not come from the same County. (Art. 52)

- English1. A citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic, no younger than 35 years of age and not older than 70 years of age, who has a command of the state language and who has been resident in the republic for no less than 15 years in total may be elected President.
2. There shall be no limit on the number of candidates for the office of the President. A person who has collected not less than 30,000 voters’ signatures may be registered as a presidential candidate.

A person may not be elected President of the Republic if, on the day of election, he/she has not been a resident of the Republic of North Macedonia for at least ten years within the last fifteen years.
