Status of the Constitution

- EnglishThe international treaties and agreements, the laws, the ordinances and the regulations currently in force when they are not contrary to this Constitution, remain applicable as long as they are not expressly modified or abrogated. (Art. 116)
- Arabicتبقى المعاهدات والاتفاقات الدولية والقوانين والمراسيم واللوائح السارية حالياً عندما لا تتنافى مع الدستور، قابلة للتطبيق طالما لم يتم تعديلها أو إلغاءها صراحة. (المادة 116)
