Obligations of the State
- EnglishThe Republic of Yemen confirms its adherence to the UN Charter, the International Declaration of Human Rights, the Charter of the Arab League, and Principles of international Law which are generally recognized. (Art. 6)
- Arabicتؤكد الدولة العمل بميثاق الأمم المتحدة والإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان وميثاق جامعة الدول العربية وقواعد القانون الدولي المعترف بها بصورة عامة. (المادّة 6)
Obligations of the State
- EnglishGeneral rights and freedoms are guaranteed and the State shall undertake to protect them. (Art. 3, Constitutional Declaration to organize the foundations of governance during the transitional period in Yemen)
