    Citizens shall be guaranteed the right to freely form societies, political parties, and associations provided that the aims and activities thereof are not contrary to the Constitution and laws.
    No one may be compelled to belong to any society, political party, or association.
    The founding and activities of political parties and other political and public organisations shall be regulated by law. (Art. 35)

    Piliečiams laiduojama teisė laisvai vienytis į bendrijas, politines partijas ar asociacijas, jei šių tikslai ir veikla nėra priešingi Konstitucijai ir įstatymams.
    Niekas negali būti verčiamas priklausyti kokiai nors bendrijai, politinei partijai ar asociacijai.
    Politinių partijų, kitų politinių ir visuomeninių organizacijų steigimą ir veiklą reglamentuoja įstatymas. (35 straipsnis)

Refer to Art. 105: "The Constitutional Court shall consider and adopt decisions on whether the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or other acts adopted by the Seimas are in conflict with the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania. The Constitutional Court shall also consider whether the following are in conflict with the Constitution and laws: 1) the acts of the President of the Republic; 2) the acts of the Government of the Republic. ..."

According to Art. 150: “The constituent part of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania shall be: … The Constitutional Act “On Membership of the Republic of Lithuania in the European Union” of 13 July 2004.”
