The right to education and to teaching [enseignement] are guaranteed. The State sees to improve [its] quality permanently.
Public education is gratuitous within the conditions established by the law.
Primary and secondary [moyen] education are obligatory. The State organizes the national system of education.
The State sees to the neutrality of the educational institutions and to the preservation of their educational and scientific vocation in order to protect them from any political or ideological influence.
School constitutes the basis of education for citizenship.
The State sees to equal access to education and to professional training. (Art. 65) - Arabic
الحقّ في التربية والّتعليم مضمونان، وتسهر الدولة باستمرار على تحسين جودتهما.
التّعليم العمومي مجّاني وفق الشّروط الّتي يحدّدها القانون.
التّعليم الابتدائي والمتوسط إجباريّ، وتنظم الدولة المنظومة التعليمية الوطنية.
تسهر الدولة على ضمان حياد المؤسسات التربوية وعلى الحفاظ على طابعها البيداغوجي والعلمي، قصد حمايتها من أي تأثير سياسي أو إيديولوجي.
تُعد المدرسة القاعدة الأساسية للتربية على المواطنة.
تسهر الدّولة على ضمان التّساوي في الالتحاق بالتّعليم والتّكوين المهنيّ. (المــادة 65) - French
Le droit à l’éducation et à l'enseignement sont garantis. L’Etat veille en permanence à en améliorer la qualité.
L'enseignement public est gratuit dans les conditions fixées par la loi.
L'enseignement primaire et moyen est obligatoire. L’Etat organise le système national d'enseignement.
L’Etat veille à la neutralité des institutions éducatives et à la préservation de leur vocation pédagogique et scientifique en vue de les protéger de toute influence politique ou idéologique.
L’école constitue la base de l’éducation à la citoyenneté.
L'Etat veille à l'égal accès à l'enseignement et à la formation professionnelle. (Art. 65)
