The public services guarantee equal access and non-discriminatory treatment to all users.
The public services are organized on the basis of the principle of continuity, of constant adaptation and of equitable coverage of the national territory or, the case arising, assuring a minimum service. (Art. 27) - Arabic
تضمن المرافق العمومية لكل مرتفق التساوي في الحصول على الخدمات، وبدون تمييز.
تقوم المرافق العمومية على مبادئ الاستمرارية، والتكيّف المستمر، والتغطية المنصفة للتراب الوطني، وعند الاقتضاء، ضمان حد أدنى من الخدمة. (المادة 27) - French
Les services publics garantissent un égal accès et un traitement non discriminatoire à tout usager.
Les services publics sont organisés sur la base du principe de continuité, d’adaptation constante et d’une couverture équitable du territoire national ou, le cas échéant, assurent un service minimum. (Art. 27)

The State protects women against all forms of violence in all places and in all circumstances in the public space, in the professional sphere and in the private sphere. The law guarantees the access of victims to supportive structures [structures d’accueuil], to mechanisms [dispositifs] of taking responsibility, and to judicial assistance. (Art. 40)

L’Etat protège la femme contre toutes formes de violence en tous lieux et en toute circonstance dans l’espace public, dans la sphère professionnelle et dans la sphère privée. La loi garantit l’accès des victimes à des structures d’accueil, à des dispositifs de prise en charge, et à une assistance judiciaire. (Art. 40)

- the access to potable water and to its preservation for future generations;
- the protection of [their] health, notably of poor people as well as the prevention and the struggle against epidemic and endemic diseases;

تسهر الدولة على تمكين المواطن من:
- الحصول على ماء الشرب، وتعمل على المحافظة عليه لألجيال القادمة،
- الرعاية الصحية، السيما لألشخاص المعوزين والوقاية من األمراض المعدية والوبائية ومكافحتها،
- الحصول على سكن، السيما للفئات المحرومة. (المادة 63) - French
L’Etat veille à assurer au citoyen :
— l’accès à l’eau potable et à sa préservation pour les générations futures ;
— la protection de sa santé, notamment des personnes démunies ainsi que la prévention et la lutte contre les maladies épidémiques et endémiques ;
— l’accès au logement, notamment pour les catégories défavorisées. (Art. 63)

L’Etat œuvre à assurer aux personnes vulnérables ayant des besoins spécifiques, leur insertion dans la vie sociale.
Les conditions et les modalités d'application de cette disposition sont fixées par la loi. (Art. 72)
