    If the Supreme Court, referred to [the matter] by the President of the Republic or by the President of the National Assembly, has declared that an international engagement contains a clause contrary to the Constitution, the authorization of ratification may only intervene after the revision of the Constitution. (Art. 224)

    إذا أعلنت المحكمة العليا التي يحيل إليها رئيس الجمهورية أو رئيس المجلس الوطني التزاماً دولياً يتضمن شرطاً يتعارض مع الدستور، لا يجوز المصادقة عليه إلا بعد مراجعة الدستور. (المادة 224)

    Si la Cour Suprême, saisie par le Président de la République ou par le Président de l'Assemblée Nationale, a déclaré qu'un engagement international comporte une clause contraire à la Constitution, l'autorisation de ratification ne peut intervenir qu'après la révision de la Constitution. (Art. 224)

    تتمتع المعاهدات أو الاتفاقيات المصدق عليها بانتظام لدى نشرها بسلطة أعلى من سلطة القوانين الوطنية مع مؤاعاة تطبيق كل اتفاق أو معاهدة من جانب الطرف الآخر. (المادة 225)

    Les Traités ou Accords régulièrement ratifiés ont, dès leur publication, une autorité supérieure à celle des lois nationales, sous réserve pour chaque Accord ou Traité de son application par l'autre partie. (Art. 225)
