The President of the Republic appoints the Prime Minister, Head of the Government. He terminates his functions.
On proposal of the Prime Minister, the President of the Republic appoints the other members of the Government and determines their attributions. He terminates their functions within the same conditions. (Art. 70) - French
Le Président de la République nomme le Premier ministre, Chef du Gouvernement. Il met fin à ses fonctions.
Sur proposition du Premier ministre, le Président de la République nomme les autres membres du Gouvernement et détermine leurs attributions. Il met fin à leurs fonctions dans les mêmes conditions. (Art. 70)
